Dual study programme
We offer a dual course of study in collaboration with Leibniz University of Applied Sciences in Hanover. There are two different tracks to choose from within business administration: logistics or trade and services. For both tracks, you will attend the university and then the company in alternating three-month blocks. You will get to know all divisions within our administrative department and, depending on your track, also the logistics department, the branch office and the customer service department. You will also take part in trainee projects, of course, and will thus be able to challenge yourself early on. We currently have three apprentices studying on dual programmes in our company.

reifen.com has been expanding its training since 2019. We train people in administration and central logistics as well as in various branches across Germany. In our Hanover administration department, you can currently kick-start your professional life with the following training courses:
- Management Assistant (m/f/other) for Office Management
- IT Specialist (m/f/other) for System Integration
- Management Assistant (m/f/other) for Dialogue Marketing
- Management Assistant (m/f/other) in Wholesale and Foreign Trade – with a focus on purchasing
- Management Assistant (m/w/other) for Marketing Communication
- Management Assistant (m/f/other) in E-Commerce
In our Hildesheim Central Logistics Department, we offer a two-year apprenticeship as a Specialist Warehouse Operator (m/f/other) and a three-year apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/other)
You can launch your career as a Salesperson or Management Assistant (m/f/other) in retail in various branches nationwide.
In addition to practical phases in various divisions, you will also attend vocational school during your apprenticeship. Depending on the vocational school and the subject, this can either be on individual days of the week or on a weekly basis, with blocks of teaching. We offer exciting additional projects during the apprenticeships so that you become familiar with the interdisciplinary project work here. We currently have 13 apprentices across the whole company.
