If you have found a vacancy in our jobs portal, you can apply to us quickly and easily within 10 to 15 minutes. So, you are only five steps away from your new job!
Step 1: Our jobs portal
You can find out about current vacancies on our jobs board. Simply select your professional field or desired location to see the positions that are of interest to you at a glance. If you have found what you are looking for among our vacancies, then the quickest way to contact us is via our online application form.
Step 2: Your application
If you already have your application documents ready – for example, your CV and cover letter – you can apply quickly and easily within 10 to 15 minutes. Please be sure to submit informative application documents. These include school and employment references and your CV.
Step 3: Review your documents
Our recruiting team will first check your documents to make sure they are complete. They will then start reviewing your application documents and examining their content. The selection process is carried out carefully and professionally together with the relevant specialist division. If we have any outstanding questions about your application, we will contact you.
Step 4: Invitation to interview
If you piqued our interest with your profile, we'll look forward to getting to know you personally in an interview. The interviews are held with a representative of the HR department as well as with at least one representative of the department in question. Here, you will have the opportunity not only to get to know your potential supervisor, but also our company. Feel free to bring your questions with you to the interview. A second interview may follow.
Step 5: Welcome to reifen.com
If you convinced us during the application process, we will then contact you by phone and you will receive your employment contract. We will be delighted if you send us your signed employment contract and we have the pleasure of welcoming you to reifen.com.
