Its aim is to advise the company by means of innovations and process optimisations so that high performance and availability of all systems can be guaranteed, without any malfunctions. Data analytics

The field of data analytics enables the company to make strategic decisions based on a wide range of key figures. To this end, the data from all systems are brought together centrally and used for evaluations as required.

1st-level support

It is not always the case that everything runs smoothly in and between the systems. Our 1st-level support takes care of such problem cases. Employees find a competent first point of contact here should something go wrong. We place high demands on ourselves to provide quick help.

Infrastructure administration

With over 100 virtual servers, more than 40 locations and over 300 workstations, our infrastructure needs to be constantly monitored and optimised. This is the first prerequisite for unrestricted availability and high performance on all systems.
