If you have any questions about products, your order and/or our services, our customer service team is here for you Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.


Our colleagues from customer service can help you by both phone and email. Incoming messages or phone calls are forwarded to our "native speakers" for this purpose, depending on the language. The branch office support occupies a special department. Overflowing calls that cannot be accepted in the branch are automatically put through to specialist colleagues.

Complete wheel and rim inspection

Our complete wheel and rim inspection is a special service as part of the order process. Every order is checked by our allocation team on the basis of the expert assessment to see if it is feasible, if there are any requirements, and if any fasteners are needed. If conversion work is necessary, the customer will be informed and, on request, a suitable alternative will be offered that matches the vehicle perfectly.
This service is free of charge with us and, of course, also includes the dispatch of the vehicle type approval or the expert assessment by email.
