Mystery shopping

The tasks of the sales controlling team also includes organising test purchases and evaluating these. In addition, external, specially trained people buy goods from us in the shop or on site in our branches in order to test the processing and the reaction of our employees. Test calls and complaints are also simulated in this way. This enables us to keep our service level high with targeted training.
